Our commitment
Climax-Scotts Community Schools Foundation is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and labels.
- Support full keyboard navigation, including a “skip to content” link.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Maintain readable color contrast and text that can be resized.
- Test with browser accessibility tools and screen readers.
Known limitations
- The donation checkout and application forms are provided by PayPal and JotForm. We choose accessible configurations where available, but do not control their code.
- Some IRS Form 990 filings are scanned PDFs that may not be fully readable by screen readers. We will provide the information in another format on request.
- The home page video is decorative and has no audio.
